Meet the Team
At Seasonal Harvest, our small but mighty team is united in our commitment to supporting small producers, prioritizing sustainability, and providing our community with the best in locally sourced products. Together, we work to make Seasonal Harvest a reliable and dedicated agricultural aggregator.

Sheri Howard
Co-owner and General Manager
Sheri Howard is the Co-owner and General Manager of Seasonal Harvest. With over 35 years of experience in consulting, leadership, and business development, she made a life-changing career shift after taking a class in sustainable agriculture. That class inspired her to join the board of her local co-op and eventually led to the creation of Seasonal Harvest in 2018. Today, Sheri now combines her professional expertise with her passion for sustainable agriculture, managing the business functions of the company, including strategic planning, marketing, grant funding, and administration. Her greatest reward comes from developing new and innovative ways to connect producers with the wholesale markets. Sheri is dedicated to promoting sustainable practices and is passionate about supporting Wisconsin communities. When she’s not actively working to transform her local food system, Sheri loves tending to her herb garden, walking her dog, and spending time with her beloved family and friends. Sheri lives in Green Bay, WI, with her incredibly supportive husband of 42 years, Rodney, and their dog, Rosie.

Co-owner and Logistics Manager
Darren Vollmar
Darren Vollmar, Co-owner and Logistics Manager at Seasonal Harvest, has a connection to farming and fresh food that began in his childhood as he worked alongside his father, who had a passion for gardening that eventually led to the creation of their family farm, Ledgeview Gardens. By 16, Darren was already working at farmers’ markets, and his interest in the agriculture business grew from there. His farming journey evolved after joining the board of a local co-op, where he combined forces with Sheri Howard, and together, they started Seasonal Harvest. Today, as the Logistics Manager at Seasonal Harvest, Darren plays a hands-on role in the process of moving products from farm to market. Ledgeview Gardens serves as the hub for incoming and outgoing products, making it the central distribution point. With his extensive background in farming and deep commitment to serving farmers, Darren is passionate about his work, which helps bring convenience to farmers by eliminating the need for marketing and varying deliveries, allowing them to do what they do best—growing fresh, high-quality food. Outside of work, Darren enjoys spending quality time with family, whether it’s camping, riding horses, or practicing the art of homesteading. Darren lives in De Pere, WI, with his wife, Amanda, and their four children.

Sales and Operations Specialist
Bridget Gerondale joined Seasonal Harvest as the Sales and Operations Specialist in 2023, quickly embracing the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in her community. She thrives in the entrepreneurial and innovative environment at Seasonal Harvest, where the team continually adapts to meet the needs of both producers and customers.
